Sherlock DC is a group in the Washington, DC metropolitan area dedicated to all things Sherlock Holmes. Initiated in the Summer of 2012 by Lacy Baugher and June Matics, Sherlock DC embraces all members of the Sherlockian community.

To provide a community for those individuals who admire and celebrate the character of Sherlock Holmes in all his forms.
Our Values
- We value the representations of Sherlock Holmes in all his forms, across the media spectrum: from the original literature by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle to modern film and television adaptations, and everything in-between.
- We value the aesthetic qualities and themes present in the various incarnations of Sherlock Holmes.
- We value and support the individuals and organizations that promote, produce, and enhance the Sherlock Holmes universe.
- We value the community and camaraderie of our fellow Sherlockians, old and new.
